It seems we are in a never-ending press-gang campaign to identify our next nemesis. Take the recent CBC / APTN alleged “spoofing / pranking social experiment”1 to mock / shame those who do not affirm the current narrative of white colonialist offenses. As I have noted elsewhere: there have been offences of white-on-indigenous in history, but even more tragically and prolifically, of indigenous-on-indigenous, but this “extreme thinking”2 about Sir John A. Macdonald, RCMP service, residential schools, etc., etc. is dishonest — deliberately designed (by all appearances) to hinder truth and reconciliation despite all the rhetoric and virtue-signaling. History is a 360° study of both the good and the bad, not a condensed menu of perpetual grievances. And the umbrella epithet denialism used to misrepresent, deny, and disparage questions about unproven narratives of mass graves is transparently disingenuous.
Were these frauds, lies, scams, and hypocrisies of the “social experimenters” really supposed to foster truth and reconciliation? or were they intended for the opposite — to further the deconstruction of Canada for the benefit of power-elites, both indigenous and non-indigenous?
Let us never forget this self-inflicted, brand-boondoggle by the CBC. The CBC was once a great broadcaster. Perhaps with a drastic budget-cut, they can clean house and get back to honest, non-partisan investigation, reporting, and service to The People of Canada.

“Splitting, also called binary thinking, dichotomous thinking, black-and-white thinking, all-or-nothing thinking, or thinking in extremes, is the failure in a person’s thinking to bring together the dichotomy of both perceived positive and negative qualities of something into a cohesive, realistic whole. It is a common defense mechanism,[1] wherein the individual tends to think in extremes (e.g., an individual’s actions and motivations are all good or all bad with no middle ground). This kind of dichotomous interpretation is contrasted by an acknowledgement of certain nuances known as “shades of gray”.[2] Splitting can include different contexts, as individuals who use this defense mechanism may “split” representations of their own mind, of their own personality, and of others.[3] Splitting is observed in personality disorders belonging to cluster B, such as borderline personality disorder and narcissistic personality disorder,[4][5] as well as schizophrenia and depression.[6][7] In dissociative identity disorder, the term splitting is used to refer to a split in personality alter-egos.”
